OK... this is totally cheating, because I don't ship these two.  Like, at all.  But other people do, and I like them both as characters and appreciate their relationship as it is, so I figured that was maybe close enough: Chief Miles O'Brien and Dr. Julian Bashir, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine.
